Our Cabins

Each of our cabins has a deck with
table and umbrella from which to enjoy a pleasant view of the two acre pond beyond the
spacious yard, with twenty acres of wooded grounds as a backdrop. Take the paddle
boat out to explore the island or wander the trails among the trees, including one to
the Saugatuck Brewing Company just a 1/4 mile south.
We are within easy walking distance of Lake Michigan
and the art galleries and eateries of downtown Douglas, and just over the bridge is
Saugatuck. Cable, WiFi, and central air are
provided in all of our cabins, as are bicycles and a full compliment of cooking and
eating utensils and amenities.
Breezy Acres is family oriented. All guests are asked to respect and maintain the
quiet ambiance we offer here. Those seeking a livelier time
should consider another of Saugatuck's and Douglas's lodging options. Grounds are for
the exclusive use of our guests only. Sorry, no pets are allowed and all of our cabins are
no smoking. We are a low key organic hobby farm. Grounds are carefully maintained but not
manicured. We never poison our lawn or pond so you may be assured Breezy is a safe
place to visit for you and your kids, but there are going to be a few weeds.

Corsair Cabin
is one of our larger units, around 600 square feet of comfortable
room for two. With mahogany wainscoting and weathered barn wood, Corsair offers a
fully equipped kitchen, large living room, a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a
full bathroom, and central air. As always, every window offers a pleasant view
and the large deck provides a vantage from which to enjoy the pond and grounds.

Little Gem
is a 400 square foot cottage for three adults featuring beautiful
mahogany wainscoting and a full kitchen with classic steel cabinets. There's a
bedroom with queen sized bed, a trundle bed in the living room, and central air.
The full bath is clean and roomy. As with all of our cabins, every window has a
pleasant view and the walkout deck provides a place to relax and enjoy the
ambience of the pond and grounds.

Cute Cabin
is a cozy 400 square foot knotty pine cottage that will comfortably
accommodate three, with a double bed in the bedroom, a twin bed in the living
room, and central air. There's a kitchen with a full compliment of appliances,
cooking, and serving utensils, a full modern bath, and a deck that offers a
pleasant spot from which to view the grounds and the pond.

Pear Blossom Cabin
is a beautiful blend of modern and rustic, featuring hand hewn
log structural accents with faded barn board and timbers. This large cabin will very
comfortably accommodate two, with a queen bed in the bedroom, central air, a kitchen
with all new appliances and a full compliment of cooking and serving utensils. As
always, there's a spacious deck with table and umbrella.
