Each cabin has a deck with
table and umbrella from which to enjoy a pleasant view of the two acre pond beyond the
spacious yard, with twenty acres of wooded grounds as a backdrop. Take the paddle
boat out to explore the island or wander the trails among the trees, including one to
the Saugatuck Brewing Company.
We are within easy walking distance of Lake Michigan
and the art galleries and eateries of downtown Douglas. Cable, WiFi, and central air are
provided in all of our apartments.
Breezy Acres is family oriented. All residents are asked to respect and maintain the
quiet ambiance we offer here. Grounds are for
the exclusive use of our residents. Sorry, no pets are allowed and all of our cabins are
no smoking. We are a low key hobby farm. Grounds are carefully maintained but not
manicured. We never poison our lawn or pond so we can offer a healthy place to live.
Sorry, but all of our apartments are currently rented.
